Maciek is more than just a fancy name. He has been working in the Vocational Training sector for 23 years and as an RTO consultant for over 17 of those years.
Maciek helps RTOs to focus on delivering quality outcomes rather than constantly worrying about the next audit. His aim is to empower RTOs to not just be compliant but to truly understand how their business works so that they have the skills to scale by creating better practices.

Away from the buzz of the digital world, he is an avid camper, often found enjoying the tranquility of nature. This love for the outdoors complements their adventurous approach to marketing. True to their outgoing nature,Nikkie is also a dedicated dog lover, which reflects in their loyal and friendly approach to client relationships.

Via brings a wealth of experience to the RTO landscape, expertly combining her multifaceted background in academe, data analytics, quality and compliance, and administration.
Driven by a passion for optimisation, she applies her knowledge to support the team and clients in achieving business excellence.

Bookkeeper
Jocelyn is happily married with two daughters and a son, all grown up so don’t ever ask about her age. All her life she has been counting coins and profits, none of it was hers. She has been serving homeless fur creatures for decades now so she happily accepts donations for cat and dog foods, please drop by if you care.

Mei is a capable, determined, and well-organised administrative assistant, with an extensive experience in supporting mid- to senior-level managers by providing consistent clerical support.
When she’s not at work, Mei is an avid K-Pop fan and loves spending time reading and writing.
